Once your have booked your experience we require a minimum of 24 hour notice of your tour start time to reschedule your experience. As a courtesy only ONE reschedule is permitted per ticket as long as 24 hour notice has been provided in writing to toursthroughtimesaintaugustine@gmail.com. If 24 hour notice has not been submitted to the email listed above then your reservation will be cancelled and your ticket forfeited.

In order to provide a more personal experience, each tour has a limited booking capacity to accommodate smaller groups, there fore we do not honor cancellations or late arrivals. No refunds will be issued as all sales are final. 

As we are a walking tour experience, it is advised to wear comfortable clothing, supportive shoes and bottle of water should you need it. For those guests in need of assistance, we recommend bringing a walker or wheelchair should you require one as the tour will require guests to walk and stand for approximately 90 mins and for guests with small children, a stroller is recommended for little ones. 

It is also recommended that should inclement weather occur, bringing  a rain poncho or umbrella make be advisable.  In the fall and winter months, a sweater or jacket for cooler weather.   

The cost of your tour is for the booking and staff appearance fee, gratuity is NOT included but is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED by our guides. 

In order to stay environmentally conscious we only offer walking tours at this time. 

As we try to accommodate all of our guests unique needs, we do take periodic stops as we discuss individual landmarks. 

Our tours are available in English only at this time.
